HOW FAR DOES YOUR FREE DELIVERY EXTEND?

If free delivery is offered on an arcade machine, the delivery radius is typically about 15 miles from point of location.

WHAT IS THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF YOUR MACHINES?

The swan models weigh about 100 lbs. and are about 64? high x 25? wide x 25? deep. These arcades can be layed down when transported. If the arcade is a conversion model, these can weigh upwards of 350 lbs.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING ON YOUR ARCADES?

Very soon we will have shipping. These full size custom arcades will be delivered to your doorstep.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Right now, only cash.

DO YOU TAKE TRADE-INS?

Typically yes, we will take trade ins. We also pay cash for arcade machines you want to sell. Your machine can be picked up by us at your convenience. Let us know what you have and we will try and work with you.

CAN I PICK MY OWN ARTWORK TO USE FOR THE ARCADE DESIGN?

Depends on the work load. When not so busy, custom jobs are welcome. In most cases, you’ll need to leave a down payment and the design will have to be approved.

DO YOU INSTALL DUPLICATE GAMES TO RAISE GAME COUNTS?

When building a custom arcade, we try and remove as many foreign and duplicate games as possible. If there’s 50 versions of street fighter on a machine in all different languages… does that really mean it has 50 games or just 1 game?

CAN I PICK WHICH GAMES I WANT INSIDE THE ARCADE?

This is dependent on the hardware inside the unit. It’s best to tell us which games you are interested in, and we can pick the hardware best suited for you.

DO YOU SELL DEDICATED ARCADE MACHINES?

Dependent on what we have in stock, we sometimes do.
